No. Janomax Premium Bales does not accept returns or offer refunds for bales that have been opened. Once a bale has been opened, it is considered sold and cannot be returned based on the customer’s assessment of the quality, contents, or suitability of the items inside.
Our policy is No Return, No Refund on opened bales. Customers are encouraged to confirm the bale category and understand the nature of second-hand clothing before making a purchase.
However, if Janomax makes a dispatch error—for example, a customer orders a specific bale category but receives a different bale—the bale may be returned and exchanged for the correct one, provided that:
The bale has not been opened.
The bale is in its original condition.
The returned bale matches the bale that was dispatched by Janomax.
Once the bale has been opened, it cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
